- You are not a convicted sex offender or have been convicted of a violent crime;

Fees are non-refundable, except at our sole discretion for technical errors. We reserve the right to change prices and may terminate access to Paid Services if your account is deleted or terminated.

When you post UGC on the Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content worldwide. You remain responsible for the legality of your UGC and must not infringe third-party rights. We may remove UGC at our discretion and are not obligated to review it.
The Services may include third-party content, which we do not control or endorse. Your use of third-party websites or services linked to the Services is at your own risk.
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate laws or infringe rights;
- Post content involving minors, obscenity, or harassment;
- Spam or engage in unauthorized solicitation;
- Introduce malware or interfere with service operations;
- Collect personal data without consent;
- Circumvent security features.
We may remove UGC, suspend accounts, or terminate your access for any reason, including policy violations. We cooperate with law enforcement to disclose user information as required. Termination of your account may result in loss of UGC, and we are not liable for data retention.
We may update these Terms by posting revisions. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, policy violations, or UGC.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for any device damage or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you for the Services. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Any claim related to these Terms must be filed within one year of the cause of action arising.
- Waivers must be in writing;
- Unenforceable provisions will be severed;
- We may assign these Terms, but you may not;
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
